A feladat rövid leírása
Seeking a new ´full-timer´ around 80% work week - to handle bookkeeping, P&L, vendor accounts payable, client acts receivable, VAT returns, expense reporting, budgeting, transfer pricing, etc. for 5 micro companies in five different countries that are all inter-related and act as a global trading corporation for a luxury brand.
We are a startup and require a person to be a virtual financial controller. The job is about 6-7 hours of work a day according to our old controller. We are now 3/4 of they way through our fiscal year and need to hand this over to a qualified candidate.
Obviously we are looking for someone who is trustworthy, dependable and can be devoted to working with us. Our headquarters is based in Switzerland and we have offices in Hong Kong, as well as employees Hungary, Switzerland and the UK.
You will be answerable to the group CEO, who will work with you to build and execute strategic financial goals, after reaching the first priority of perfectly organizing the accounting and developing a sound reporting and booking schedule that meets the needs of the company.
Quick turn around time (within one hour of ordering it) on invoicing, etc. And processing accounts payable/receivable per our calendar.
