1. Bookkeeping according to Hungarian standards extended by additional analytics for management purposes.
2. Preparation of financial statements and possible participation in the audit of these statements.
3. Preparation of the documentation for the closing of the year, in particular the resolution on approval of the financial statements.
4. Formal closing of the fiscal year by submitting relevant documents to the competent office on our behalf.
5. HR and payroll services according to Hungarian standards, including the preparation of contract and tax settlements.
6. Conducting current tax settlements- income tax, VAT, local tax (LBT), etc.
7. Other obligatory reporting in Hungary, such as statistical reporting, waste management.
8. Correspondence with offices in Hungary- “ Business Gateway”.
9. Representation in front of tax authorities and offices , including support in dealing with formal matters such as registering in offices, submitting applications regarding conducted activities, etc.
