I don't speak Hungarian unfortunately, therefore the communication will have to happen in English.
The main activity of the company will be software development and proprietary trading of financial instruments on regulated exchanges through EU-based brokers. The company is in the process of being created right now.
I will pay myself no salary for years, so there won't be a need to do payroll for now. Instead I will lend money (at 0% interest rate) to the company to invest, and the company will be returning me the initial capital in small amounts every month.
